Job Description

Role purpose:

Owing to our accelerated growth, we are looking for an innovative Campaigns Producer to join a talented campaigns team, who create, manage and execute market-leading campaigns. 

This is a great opportunity for an early in career marketing professional, who is hands-on, innovative and brings a can-do attitude. Be a key part of an energetic and forward-thinking global marketing team, in a fast-growing international software company.

The successful candidate will be a part of a dynamic campaigns function and will be the connective tissue between campaigns and other teams that collaborate and work on campaigns – from creative and copywriting, through to field marketing execution.  

The Campaign Producer will love working in the detail – managing campaigns from inception to production, within our project management tool, This critical role will ensure campaigns run on time, and on budget, and will realize operational efficiencies across the functional teams. Success will be to demonstrate these efficiencies and ensure excellent collaboration.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Campaign planning, budget & execution around solution areas
  • Work with Product Marketing, brand & comms and demand generation teams globally to build and execute global campaigns and associated content
  • Align campaigns to company and sales strategic goals and market themes to address net new logo and drive cross-sell into customer segments.
  • Analyze program performance and marketing attribution, and continually optimize campaigns for conversions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication of campaigns to internal stakeholders to ensure global demand generation and business development teams are fully briefed to flawlessly execute on the campaigns in territory.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

  • 2-5 years experience in a marketing or project management role.
  • An understanding of digital marketing (PPC, programmatic display, sponsored social, ABM techniques) is an advantage.
  • Good attention to detail, timeline driven and highly organized.
  • Some understanding of marketing/sales automation & project management tools (e.g., Sharepoint, Highspot, Salesforce, Marketo) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a can-do attitude.
  • Strong team player who wants to roll their sleeves up and deliver as part of a fully hands-on team


  • Bachelor’s degree or CIM qualification
