We are looking for a NetSec Product Go-To-Market Program Manager to build and drive global reporting structures to support programs that accelerate our success. We need a person who thrives in a fast and collaborative environment and has a proven track record as a strategic doer and organizer; someone who can strategize and execute on large scale data analysis on tight deadlines and limited resources. You will work on a broad set of initiatives ranging from market opportunity, product launch, competitive landscape and go to market planning for our industry-leading products in the Cybersecurity space.
Support global rollout of business KPIs on a weekly, quarterly and annual basis as well as educate key stakeholders
Drive key business decisions through identifying current business and product trends and help identify ways to improve business performance, presenting recommendations to key stakeholders
Ensure on-time delivery of initiatives, program reporting, and projects with high quality and clear communication
Structure and package analyses, strategies, and recommendations into highly effective, compelling communication and presentations to various audiences, including senior executives
Build strong relationships across the sales organization to drive initiatives, and receive continuous feedback from key contacts
Jump into a number of complex problems, identify the issues through superior business insight, build compelling business cases, and move your ideas to execution
2+ years of Sales and Marketing Strategy, Sales, Sales Operations or equivalent experience with demonstrated steady career progression and growing scope of responsibility
Track record of driving successful cross-functional initiatives from design to execution
Prior Salesforce.com a must
Experience with MS Excel, GSuite or other related tools required
Preferred experience in G-Suite, Excel, Google Sheets advanced functions such as Vlookup/Hlookup, Pivot Tables, Tableau reporting, Clari analytics reporting.
A self-starter who is confident with working on multiple simultaneous projects that require both strategic end-to-end thinking as well as high-speed tactical execution
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong business judgment and demonstrated project management experience
A strong love for developing reporting structures and delivering data insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent teamwork and time-management skills
Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and continually evolving environment

Salary disclosure required by sb19-085 for positions located in the state of Colorado: If hired in Colorado, this position starts at a salary of $157,800/yr. Sales roles are also eligible for incentive pay targeted at up to 100% of the offered base salary. Restricted stock units and bonus pay may also be offered as part of this compensation package, as well as benefits that include: flexible paid time off, employee stock purchase program, medical, dental, vision, 401K, life, and disability insurance.
