Director of Ops/startup generalist.

We're creating a new way of building banking and payments products. This is an amazing opportunity to learn how banks and their accounting systems are built as we go to the lowest level and leave no stones unturned.

Modernbanc is changing the way companies build and launch banking and payments products. We're currently heads down in stealth/building mode and are starting to look for our first Director of Ops/Developer advocate. We're backed by Global Founders Capital, Soma Capital, Backend Capital, Socially Financed and and a handful of amazing investors including fintech leaders and CEOs. Our founding team has launched an online bank before for one of the world's biggest brands and built the most complex accounting/banking systems.

Our ideal candidates will have following qualities:

• Attention to detail.
• Accountable
• Self starter, takes responsibility and doesn't need to be hand-walked or wait for tasks.
• Capable of wearing many different hats.
• Persevere through complex banking processes and applications.

You will be expected to:

• Manage our developer experience, write and maintain our API Docs, answer developer queries.
• Help maintain our SOC-2 compliance.
• Help the founder with accounting and administrative tasks.
• Help with marketing/growth and articles.
• Previous dev-tools/fintech experience preferred.
• Technical/developer background is a big bonus!
