Job Description

The role:

The Change Management Specialist will follow Publicis Sapient's structured approach for defining and implementing change management strategies that help user communities impacted by change more readily receive them. 

Focusing on optimizing the Salesforce Ecosystem within the business, communicating with stakeholders and external clients, consulting our internal innovations team, all with the aim of streamlining best practices to our capabilities and external clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate, with confidence, kick-off meetings, change agent meetings and learning events
  • Communicate with and provide coaching support to executive project stakeholders
  • Explore and anticipate factors influencing employee motivation to change and identify strategies to address
  • Prepare Change Management strategies, rollout plans and/or communication plans
  • Work as a part of a larger project team, serving as an advocate for user communities
  • Support communication efforts by drafting audience specific messaging as appropriate
  • Skillfully prepare relevant instructional materials and provide post-implementation support
  • Confidently facilitates Train-the-Trainer sessions utilizing a Teach-Show-Do training method Qualifications

Your impact: 

You will play a lead role in developing company strategies during digital business transformations.  You will help the company develop effective user adoption goals, identify and engage sponsors at all levels, develop communication plans, drive learning and development efforts and coach stakeholders and clients on managing resistance to change.

You must be a natural coach that can inspire confidence amongst challenging client leaders, while also being approachable enough to identify root causes for resistance to change.  You should have a passion for developing and learning leadership skills with an aptitude for quickly learning new technologies.  You should also have had experience working within enterprise level organizations and previous successes in developing and leading training efforts.

As the Change Management methodology aligns with agile development practices, the Change Management Specialist will work alongside project teams.  You will be expected to coach colleagues on developing skills in Change Management areas like communication drafting, instructional design, curriculum development, managerial coaching, etc.  You will need a passion for learning industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of consulting experience or other relevant experience related to successfully driving change and/or instructional development and delivery
  • Experience working within the Salesforce.com platform or other CRM highly desired
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences, including executives
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and project management
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
