The Manager of Managed Services will be responsible for expanding and leading a 20+ team in delivering managed services to businesses on the East Coast. 

Additional Responsibilities:

• P&L management
• Hiring, performance, and utilization
• Ensuring successful project delivery on/ahead of schedule and within budget while exceeding customers expectations

Successful Manager of Managed Services applicants will have 10-15 years of technical business experience along with 5+ years of managing/directing an MSP team.

Additional Qualifications:

• Must come from a hands-on technical consulting background
• Must have directed a team of 10+ engineers
