We are looking for a client-facing Programmatic Campaign Manager with hands-on expertise in programmatic media buying and a drive to deliver performance across a variety of exciting accounts in collaboration with a best-in-class team of cross-channel digital media professionals. 

Job Description

  • Manage clients' programmatic and Amazon advertising campaigns, including set-up, optimization, reporting, as well as day-to-day client communication with help of coordinator
  • Vet and recommend new data as well as media partners with help of coordinator

  • Stay current with new DSP functionalities and data products, as well as trends and changes in the industry (Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk, Verizon DSP)

  • Interpret campaign data and provide strategic recommendations to clients

  • Participate in weekly client calls

  • Mentor a coordinator to help learn the ins-and-outs of programmatic & Amazon buying

  • Execute hands-on optimization and implement strategies for targeting, creative, and funnel optimization to hit client performance goals

Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience in digital marketing/media buying, with at least 2 years in hands-on programmatic ad buying within a major DSP (DV360, The Trade Desk, Verizon DSP, Media Math, Xandr)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Experience with real-time bidding auctions and bid strategies (CPA, CPL, ROAS)

  • Good understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including major players in the industry and the key tools & platforms available (DSPs, DMPs, CDPs, Ad Exchanges, Verification & Fraud Technologies, etc) 

  • Understanding of programmatic, SEM and PPC advertising

  • Ability to own client communications & campaigns

  • Proactive approach to learning & professional development 

Preferred

  • Proficiency in basic video & image editing
  • Experience with Amazon
