Job Description

You will be working directly with leading private equity firms in the alternative asset industry under the guidance and direction from our experienced team of industry veterans. 

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
  • Accurate and timely processing of invoices
  • Meet or exceed operating metrics and deadlines
  • Enter invoices and or post and approve batches as appropriate
  • Process expense report reimbursements
  • Reconcile vendor statements
  • Review coding for reasonableness
  • Resolve issues in a professional manner
  • Provide timely feedback to internal and external customers regarding inquiries
  • Special projects as necessary
  • 3+ years of AP experience
  • Quick Books/ Bill Pay

Qualifications

  • Experience with QuickBooks required
  • Experience with Concur, Bill.com, Expensify, PeopleSoft, NetSuite a plus
  • Minimum of five years of accounts payable experience
  • Ability to work overtime to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional can-do attitude
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Enjoy solving complex problems
  • Excellent computer skills and flexibility to learn new systems
