Job Description

The Learning and Organizational Development Manager plans, develops, implements and administers development and learning programs and solutions for employees in North America, that help meet organizational talent development and business goals and objectives.  The manager also acts as liaison and advisor to the organization's leadership and facilitates initiatives across the organization.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Developing and facilitating team effectiveness sessions and interventions

  • Facilitating training sessions with all employee levels, based on skill need

  • Creation, assessment and updates of training materials and key development programs, such as the Front Line Leadership program, Leadership fundamentals and Individual Contributor program

  • Tracking analyzing and leveraging the ROI of learning for improvements

  • Leverage technology to create and  incorporate high quality design and interactive eLearning 

  • Researching and incorporating  the best learning trends

  • Works closely with the Global Talent Management Leader to identify and develop strategies and programs that create future-focused workforce plans that take into consideration both short-term solutions and long-term needs.

  • Works closely with our HR partners to analyse and assess learning needs and provide them with effective solutions

***This role will be required to work out of our Greenfield, IN location, or be willing to travel there up to 3x per month. ***

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field is required.

  • Minimum of five (5) years of combined practical hands-on experience in Organization Design, Change Management, Talent Management, Leadership Development, or similar focus is required.  

  • Exceptional communicator both verbal and written

  • Tech-savvy , preferably Google Suite experience, LMS knowledge

  • Experience with learning design, Articulate, Powtoon (or other similar system)

  • Strong analytical skills 

  • Takes feedback with an open mind and acts on it

  • Possesses exceptional social and emotional intelligence

  • Critical thinking skills and ability to challenge status quo

  • Experience with assessments would be preferred.

  • Prior experience in coaching employees in different levels and functions of the organization is highly preferred.
