  • You’re a strategic thinker that can see beyond the day-to-day grind to help reach marketing and sales goals, assist with creating a stronger brand, and gather data and metrics to improve the customer experience

What you’ll do:

As the customer marketing manager for the Postal Core product, you’ll be solely focused on customer marketing initiatives to help increase sales results and productivity.

  • Build rapport with our customers and assist with curating and nurturing post-sales relationships

  • Identify key customers that can act as a marketing channel through case studies, success stories, reference calls, and more

  • Help marketing and sales meet business objectives through customer advocacy initiatives

  • Interview customers to quantify and understand how Postal addressed their needs, helped them achieve ROI and more

  • Manage a library of up-to-date customer success stories

  • Manage a steady stream of customer reviews on our review management platforms like G2Crowd

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, target key customer problems, and potential product enhancements or ideas

  • Maintain a content library of all internal and external collateral and work with the Content Marketing team to repurpose any existing top of funnel content as customer collateral

Qualifications

  • ​​Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 2 years experience writing for B2B, SaaS or equivalent 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Written samples of engaging marketing materials such as website content, e-books, blog posts, case studies, videos, infographics, emails, etc.

  • Strong copyediting, communication & project management skills

  • Self-starter and able to work independently and create a plan for achieving business objectives

  • Organized and able to manage projects efficiently and effectively
