Job Description

In this role, you’ll drive the cross-functional orchestration of integrated demand generation at Postal. You will accelerate quality outcomes for the business by delivering segment specific KPIs (leads, MQLs and pipeline) and manage a $mm marketing lead generation budget including paid advertising, social, email, and Postal campaigns. You must have experience balancing quantitative and qualitative data inputs to create smart campaigns, optimize budget dollars, and deliver desired results while working under tight deadlines. 

You'll also take the lead on driving the development and execution of measurable, high-impact Account Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives to successfully engage target accounts, leading to the generation of qualified pipeline/opportunities for the sales force. 

Reporting to the head of marketing, you’ll join a collaborative team of innovative, data driven thinkers in an exciting, fast paced environment.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage all paid advertising strategy and reporting.

  • Develop demand generation KPIs, baselines and targets.

  • Create, test and optimize campaigns and programs to drive awareness, interest, engagement, and conversion.

  • Implement lead scoring, nurture journeys, and triggers to enhance pipe velocity and conversion rates.

  • Create and maintain dashboards to report on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.

  • Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.

  • Work closely with sales leadership to align campaigns to business and sales objectives and priorities, and ensure all targets are met.

  • Partner with Marketing and Sales Ops to: 

    • Set up key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM) used to create, manage, and report on pipelines.

    • Manage and optimize lead management, including lead scoring, routing, and efficient hand-offs to sales.

    • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to gain input into program strategy, campaign approach, creative direction, and performance goals/metrics.

    • Orchestrate, prioritize, and manage project deliverables with other members of the marketing team.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience managing and developing and implementing demand generation marketing campaigns that drive demand, pipeline, and growth for cloud-based (SaaS) businesses.

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem solving.

  • Expertise in marketing automation systems and integrating those systems into CRM and other technologies.

  • Expert level experience in the following systems: Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Retargeting tools, Facebook, and other B2B Advertising Channels.

  • Proven track record of building, nurturing, and managing B2B marketing campaigns throughout the funnel across web, social, email, as well as in-person and digital events, and other activities.

  • Strong background in developing and executing persona-based and/or industry-specific marketing campaigns.

    • Demand gen in Marketing SaaS a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills using data-driven storytelling.

  • Willingness to listen, learn, and have fun in a fast paced environment.
