Seeking a forward-thinking, experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our organization. In this position, you will keep the client and team up to speed with best practices in standards and guidelines, while overseeing the support, planning, development, and maintenance of systems. This position will have a significant impact on the quality and delivery speed of our technology initiatives in our business. The successful candidate will be hands-on with a strong background as a BA in software development.

• 10+ years of experience as a direct contributor on technical/web based programs as a business systems analysis.

• 5+ years of experience writing requirements in an Agile environment. 

• Experience in requirements development for web applications that balance user needs, business objectives and technological constraints.

• Experience producing client-facing deliverables and presentations, and participating in client meetings.

• Experience serving as a subject matter expert to stakeholders and development teams.

• Analyzes information from system users and develops strategic solutions in conjunction with UX and systems architects that meet the scope and objectives of the system along with addressing system needs. 

• Exercises independent judgement and works with very limited supervision.

• Uses advanced knowledge to develop technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of systems.

• Independently performs advanced analysis and systems designs along with providing guidance to team members and the client. 

• Able to function, adapt and succeed in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude and motivation to deliver highest quality work.

• Strong communication and comprehension skills (both verbal and written).

• Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and G Suite. 

Nice to have

• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Slack. 

• Strong understanding of Agile software development processes, and waterfall methodologies. Knowledge of design thinking and user experience is a plus.

• Experience gathering requirements remotely, working in a fully remote setting, and working with cross-functional teams.
