We are seeking an enthusiastic engineer who works as a Genesys Cloud Outbound Dialer Expert for the implementation of the Contact Centre as a Service solution. This person will partner closely with the Technical Architect, Engineering, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance, and other cross-functional program team members.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and support complex Contact Centre solutions
• Develop, implement architect flow
• Train for outbound campaigns
• System integration, and configuration

Key Skills:

Genesys Cloud Colloborate, Communicate & Contact Center.

1 Genesys cloud outbound dialer expert: focused on design, implementation, and training for outbound campaigns (6 mo contract)

Hands-on Experience in Implementation & Configuration of:

• Genesys Cloud Collaborate, Communicate & Contact Center
• Persons, Roles, Queues, Routing & Schedules, Recording Policies
• Outbound campaigns, Lists & Rule Management
• DID, Telephony, Sites, Edges, EdgeGroups, NumberPlan & Routes
• Genesys Architect & Scripts.
• WFM & Gamification in Genesys Cloud.
• Knowledge & experience in migration/transformation of Legacy Contact Center to Genesys Cloud.
• Knowledge of Genesys Cloud APIs, SDK, Custom App Development in Genesys Cloud.

Preferred to have any one of the following certifications:

• Genesys Cloud Certified Partner
• Genesys Cloud Certified Professional
• Genesys Cloud Certified Developer
