Resultant was founded as KSM Consulting in 2008. 

Resultant is adding a BI Consultant to join our Business Intelligence team. This position will allow a talented and enthusiastic candidate the opportunity to have an immediate impact within the organization. This individual will assist the technology team in the development of enterprise class reporting for various industries. An individual in this role will be called upon to support various clients and support internal existing projects within Resultant.    

 Consider your day-to-day responsibilities in this role:

• Communicate insights through design, development, deployment, and support of sustainable BI solutions.
• Translate business requirements into data models for ease of use in BI reporting solutions.
• Create, edit, and analyze database queries to facilitate streamlined data models for visualization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various business and technical teams.
• Understand and align with client needs and multitasking projects/quickly shift priorities to provide support. 

Resultant is fast-paced environment with high demand on Business Intelligence team.  A successful candidate sets a high standard for their delivery of quality solutions.  Listed below are the desired experience and skills demonstrated by a successful candidate.   

• Bachelor's degree with a quantitative focus such as computer science, engineering, or applied mathematics.
• 2+ years data visualization development experience in Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or other BI tools.
• 2+ year experience in SQL data querying and data modeling.
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present comfortably and confidently in front of clients.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and track work progress.
• Interest in continuously learning new technical skills and tools.
• Ability to work independently or with a team.
