Job Description

This is very exciting time for atWork Australia as we are experiencing significant growth across the country as a leading employment services provider. Already a leading DES provider in five states, atWork Australia has secured sustainable employment for thousands of people with disability since its inception in 2003.

A Reverse Marketer role (otherwise known as an Employer Engagement Consultant) is very rewarding. You'll see your clients go from not having any confidence, low self-esteem, no money, feeling lost and helpless, to being happy, confident and feeling worthy when you get them a job.

When you meet them, you get to ensure them that there is a job out there for everyone; it’s just timing when the right job comes up for them. You'll build your clients up, make them feel heard and special and let them know there is more out there to life. 

You will actively engage with the Business Community utilising a variety of sales methods to secure employment opportunities for atWork DES clients. You will work closely with relevant atWork Team Members to implement strategies to ensure sustainable employment, as well as provide advocacy and create disability awareness through all interactions with potential employers and establish future commitments to do so.

About You

Like our best performers, you will be a driven and energetic professional, with strong verbal and written communication skills. You will have the ability to network with employers and generate leads and account manage effectively. Your personable approach will assist to manage employer's expectations and to build strong relationships.

You will also have:

  • Commercial acumen to drive business growth, profitability, quality initiatives and marketing activities;
  • Demonstrated ability to work in an outcome based environment toward high performance results;
  • Ability to network with employers and generate leads and account manage employers effectively;
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities to manage competing priorities;
  • Highly developed negotiation skills; and
  • Well-developed reporting skills.

This is a full time, max term contract until 30 June 2023 with the possibility of extension dependent on DES program extension.
