Our Customer Service Representatives are usually the first point of contact for our customers.  They are passionate, hardworking, and proud of what they accomplish every day to keep our customers happy and satisfied.

The Position

We are currently seeking Seasonal Customer Service Representatives to serve as At Home Agents (MUST LIVE IN VT) or to work at one of our call centers in Manchester. The qualified candidates will help us meet the increased call volume as the holidays approach. Must be upbeat, energetic, and customer service oriented.

A Sampling of What You’ll Do

  • Answer phones to assist with order taking, troubleshooting, and customer questions
  • Become increasingly familiar with products offered by The Vermont Country Store
  • Build relationships and engage customers during an interaction on the phone
  • Maintain flexibility in accepting assignments and direction, each of which can change to meet the needs of the business at any time 

Who We’re Looking For

  • Must be 16 years of age
  • Dependable, enthusiastic, and flexible team player
  • Ability to sit for an extended amount of time
  • Ability to use a computer keyboard
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment 

Where we are

The majority of Customer Service Representatives work for the comfort of their own homes! We also have LIMITED onsite opportunities at our Manchester Call Center located at 5650 Main Street, Manchester Center.
