Team 

Tradeshift currently seeks a hard-working and motivated Seller Onboarding Specialist to join the Sales team based in Reston, VA. The solutions that we offer help empower businesses of all sizes with the means to send and receive an increasingly wide range of documents from their customers. We are looking for a candidate with a history of top performance in a high-volume consultative role. The ideal candidate is capable of efficiently balancing a large volume of new inbound contacts with consistent follow-up of existing contacts until their solutions are integrated. This candidate must be able to effectively communicate, identify and solve problems, and manage multiple customer contact paths in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Answer a large volume of inbound inquiries from businesses looking to integrate Tradeshift solutions.

  • Educate sellers on the functionality, benefits, and value of Tradeshift products

  • Implement a consultative approach to fully understand the businesses needs

  • Identify and recommend additional products to help the business maximize Tradeshift’s value

  • Develop exceptional relationships with seller contacts by building rapport and developing trust

  • Support sellers through the onboarding process, including assistance with basic guided integration onto the Tradeshift platform

  • Manage multiple channels of communication in a high-volume environment

  • Collect and share seller and partner insights with stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 3+ years experience in a B2B role that interacted directly with customers or clients

  • Superb interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and trust quickly over various communication channels

  • Top notch listening and communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Highly resourceful team member with the ability to be extremely effective both independently and as part of a sales team

  • A world-class communicator who can articulate complex ideas in concise and clear language

  • Comfortable with taking risks and asking questions to gain understanding

  • Must be highly organized, easily adaptable, and thrive on developmental feedback
