Job Description

We are looking for a full-time employee interested in giving our clients the best customer experience possible. empowerDX offers easy at home health testing directly to consumers from the comfort of their home.  We need a customer care representative who can remotely support this experience to create a seamless process.

The ideal candidate would possess:

  • An empathetic and positive attitude toward customers
  • Keeping an urgency and promptness in response to customer needs
  • Being a team player that works well on a small, but efficient team
  • Willingness to be flexible and jump into a new task when needed
  • Communicating effectively within our team when extra attention is needed, or collaboration is required for resolution
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
  • Ability to multitask and strong problem solving skills

Qualifications

  • Comfortable with technology and able to quickly adapt to new systems (experience with Microsoft Office is a bonus)
  • Responding to customer care inquiries by phone and email within a timely manner
  • High energy

Additional Information

  • Remote position, with preference to be based in the Metro-Atlanta area
  • 4 hours on Saturdays twice a month
