Job Description

In this role you will support IFS Partners and IFS Partner team in operational and development Partners across IFS North America.

The Partner Operations Specialist helps IFS to ensure Partner success on both long and short-term goals through effective support of policies, best practices, tools, as well as technical certifications and development strategies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Work closely with the Partners and local IFS partner management teams to ensure availability, coaching, access, and processes flow smoothly as partners generally prosecute business with IFS in North America (NA).

This role will also have connections to partner related functions in North America as well as to global functions e.g. Global Alliances, Technical Services, Support and Finance.

The Partner Operations Specialist helps IFS to ensure Partner success on both long and short-term goals through effective support of policies, best practices and tools.

Actions

  • Day-to-day operational support
  • Respond to IFS Demo environment requests
  • Respond to IFS Scope Tool requests
  • Respond to IFS Cloud Build Place requests
  • Maintain accuracy of partner records in CRM
  • Update & create new partner ID's as needed
  • PRM North American super-user
  • Partner portal account resets / password reset
  • Localize partner communications
  • Designated approver for partner lead and deal registration
  • Citrix Build place workflow support
  • Execute partner recruiting and onboarding presentations and processes
  • IFS partner contract initiation and partner manager process support
  • Maintain partner contract library
  • Initiate and support annual partner business planning process
  • Coordinate and support partner QBRs
  • Assist in the development and execution of the partner development plan. This includes coordination of IFS Academy registrations to meet partner goals, developing cadences between the partner and their designated Executive Sponsor and reporting status of actions to NA business leadership.
  • Ensure partners have access to the necessary online tools and systems (IT Service Portal, IFS Partner portal, Partner Relationship Management).
  • Coordinate with Partner Success Manager and Partner Manager to resolve escalated issues as necessary.
  • Support the launch of the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) and serve as the key point of escalation for NA.
  • Liaise with NA Marketing to serve as a key point of inbound lead distribution.
  • Provide access to IFS systems for partners to use as demonstration environments (IFS Cloud, IFS Applications, FSM/PSO and all other commercially provided IFS products.

Qualifications & Overall Required Competence

  • Experience from working in an international and matrix organization
  • A true team-player focusing on creating long term value for the team
  • Understanding of enterprise IT system sales cycles
  • Experience in sales-related processes is an advantage
  • Experience in working with CRM solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • A strong working knowledge of IFS training, and business support systems and processes.
  • Internal and External focus on customers and work ethic based on a strong desire to fulfill expectations
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver results with high quality
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office

Required Education & Experience

  • 4+ years of professional working experience within Sales, Delivery or Business Operations role including related functions; marketing, consulting, business finance or operations, etc.
