Home Instead has been looking after clients in Cornwall for over a decade and has earned an excellent reputation for providing companionship-based care in people's own homes. Whilst the office is locally owned, we also benefit from being part of the UK’s leading provider of non-medical care and companionship services for older people.

We are looking for kind, caring and compassionate people who enjoy spending time and helping older people. Each visit is no less than an hour and you will be matched with a small number of regular clients so you can really focus on getting to know them.

You do not need any experience or particular qualifications, but you do need access to your own vehicle. We believe empathy is far more important than experience, and we will provide you the relevant training and support tailored to help you look after your clients.

We offer £10:50 to £11:00 per hour, paid mileage, paid on-going training, both guaranteed and flexible hours contracts, career progression for those who want it, access to a free and confidential Employee Assistance Programme, a pension, as well as excellent day to day support.
