• This job entails providing analytical & technical support to New Business process through the development to deployment of holistic & innovative System solution. ( MES & Surrounding Sub System)
• Serve as change agent who identifies the organizational improvements needed, design enhancement to implement changes
• Leading the design review, coordinating with Management, cross functional leads & stakeholders to understand & review business requirement, executing system testing for changes & enhancement.
• Leads, manage,  motivate , coach & train a team of Business Process Engineers on their daily routine and task.
• Supporting various development initiatives, assisting in testing activities and in development of test scenarios.
• Manage & maintain consolidate requirement, define & setting priority on System related enhancement/improvement projects
• Manage various Tasks, report progress and attain assigned deadline
• Lead the System enhancement Strategies, Planning, Validating & Deploying

• Minimum a degree in Computer Sciences or Computer engineering 
• 5 years or more experiences  in Shop Floor Controls and Processes.
• MES system Exposure
• Data Science & Analytics
