    Currently we have a great opportunity within our Learning and Development team for an eLearning Designer, this role works closely with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to research, design and develop engaging courseware to support the MedHealth workforce.

    Key duties of the role include:

    • Create, design and develop fun, creative and engaging eLearning content to support the MedHealth workforce with daily role responsibilities and professional development opportunities.
    • Develop course content, scripts and storyboards based on design briefs and learning requirements.
    • Liaise regularly with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to ensure eLearning continues to meet the needs of the workforce
    • Coordinate and participate in short and long term learning and development projects
    • Monitor the effectiveness of learning strategies, identifying options for improvement
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of the MedHealth L&D workplan
    • Support the L&D team, providing quality customer service and solutions

    Qualifications

    You will be an experienced e-learning developer working closely with subject matter on learning projects along with;

    • 3+ years relevant experience in similar role
    • Relevant degree/qualification in HR, L&D or Training & Assessment (highly desirable)
    • Highly skilled at writing content, scripts and developing storyboards.
    • Ability to transform content into engaging, interactive and meaningful eLearning
    • Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
    • Experience using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 or similar, and recording voice-over using editing software
    • Familiarity with online learning platforms, technologies and learning management systems (highly desirable)
    • Effective and flexible problem-solving ability
    • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Capacity to engage constructively and respectfully with individuals of diverse backgrounds and abilities, to achieve high quality outcomes.
