Job Description

The Director of Corporate Marketing and Brand will focus on leading and executing initiatives that build Revalize’s internal and external brand experience across the globe through consistent messaging and brand strategy. You will drive key company communication initiatives across internal and external channels — from PR, social media, external brand campaigns, employee communications, analyst relations, company presentations and more.  

In this role, you will develop proactive brand communication campaigns aligned to Revalize’s vision, values and company goals. You will support senior leaders, partner with HR and collaborate with global communication partners to advance key strategic initiatives. If your experience includes hands-on leadership of a rapidly growing brand, PR, brand campaign strategies, internal communications, community expansion, analyst relations, and creative output, we want to hear from you!  

Responsibilities include:  

  • Strategic & Executive Communications:  
    • Be able to tell the story of Revalize to relevant audiences in a variety of forms; including journalist interviews, analyst briefings, investor relations, and executive presentations & interview prep 
    • Media monitoring and reporting: Gain experience in how to work with media and reporters, as well as monitoring and reporting out on the articles and trends in traditional and social media 
    • Message development: Assist with the development of messages for internal and/or external audiences around key enterprise areas 
    • Communications planning: Support the development (including initial brainstorming of ideas and/or supporting research) for communications plans to support specific initiatives or projects 
    • Project management: Work on/oversee specific projects – this may include projects related to specific communications milestones and/or internal/team-related projects, including tracking of results over time 
  • Corporate Marketing: 
    • Digital strategy: Develop understanding of our digital strategy and how it helps drive brand-building efforts; support the development of content for web, as well as social media opportunities to build the Revalize brand 
    • Measurement: Aligned to our digital strategy, grow familiarity with available tools for measuring the team’s work; support the production of various measurement reports; generate data-driven insights to aid in decision-making 
  • Brand-building:  
    • Develop and implement strategies that combine creative and editorial to drive the Revalize brand in multiple geographies and to a variety of audiences in a consistent, compelling, relevant way.  
    • Ensure that our digital (owned and earned properties) and physical (templates, booth properties) look and feel and messaging are consistent with Revalize’s brand, tone & voice. 
    • Coordinate development of quarterly affiliate meeting calls and materials with team leads; support meeting management for internal team meetings and Town Halls 
  • Employer Branding:  
    • Partner with HR to support employee engagement, retention and recruitment programs.  
    • Develop a consistent internal and external employee brand messaging strategy that articulates Revalize’s key employee value propositions. 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with a preference in communications, journalism, and political science.  
  • B2B SaaS experience highly preferred, particularly with private equity-backed companies 
  • 7+ years of experience in corporate marketing or strategic communications roles; enterprise software experience preferred 
  • 5+ years of experience with brand building in B2B SaaS space 
  • 5+ experience in public relations, developing relationships and working with media outlets 
  • Professional experience with marketing technology platforms for automation, social monitoring, design, etc.  
  • Experience working with international teams and programs 
  • Excellent writing and messaging skills, and an ability to present complex topics in a relevant, compelling way 
  • Expertise in scoping and directing agency work 
  • Ability to thrive and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
