Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate Project Manager to work with the leading CRM Agency on global brands. The role requires a candidate with demonstrable organizational, project management, and technical skills to manage campaign coordination, build, and deployment. Most of all, we need someone with enthusiasm, an eagle eye for detail, technical aptitude, and a commitment to excellence to help us deliver game-changing email campaigns for our clients.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • CRM campaign project management: overseeing setup, production, and deployment to ensure work aligns with brand guidelines, is completely error-free, and delivered on time to the highest standard
  • Maintaining project trackers and timelines with complete accuracy 
  • Monitoring campaign and production status and communicating both to internal teams
  • Working seamlessly across multiple markets, liaising with internal and external POCs in several time zones
  • Ensuring that you and the team are up-to-speed with the latest brand and production guidelines
  • Building strong relationships and working effectively with internal teams and departments in multiple locations
  • Helping teammates 

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 
  • Interest in CRM and digital marketing
  • Able to navigate working with virtual teams and clients across multiple time zones
  • Demonstrated organizational, project management, and technical skills. 

Ideal:

  • Previous agency experience 
  • 1-2 years of experience working on digital marketing campaigns (preferably B2C CRM) at AE level 
  • Experience in managing campaign coordination, build, and deployment.
