• BBA or BS in Computer Science / Information Systems; other post-secondary
education considered with relevant experience.
• Proficient with Remote Programs
• Resolve configuration, browser or operating system related configuration
issues utilizing TCP/IP/DHCP utilities such as PING and IPCONFIG
• Provide extensive application technical assistance and support for Microsoft Windows 10 platforms, complete Office 365 suite and networking inquiries and issues.
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware peripherals and software.
• Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
• Proficiency initiating and escalating accordingly technical isssue.
• Collaborate with other members of the IT team to analyze and respond to technical problems and participate in cross-training sessions.
• Skilled recording, tracking, and documenting the service request problem-solving
process through to final resolution.
• Perform all duties in a respectful, professional manner in accordance with
client policies and procedures
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
