We’re looking for a Product Manager excited by our mission to bring best-in-class theatre into homes globally, and who can help us grow and manage our platform. Working in a dedicated “intrapreneurial” D2C division within the wider (Education-focused) Digital Theatre group, this is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, likes “getting stuff done”, and is enthused by bringing joy to our consumers.
In the role you will:
Be responsible for product functionality and UX across our web and expanding app platforms
Manage the tech relationship with our 3rd party white-label platform vendor & other integrations
Optimise our platform UX by working cross-functionally with production, marketing, customer services and external partners
Develop the end-to-end technical architecture required to support an ambitious scaling plan
Help mould our long-term ambitions to be leading the field technically and artistically
Analyse data, spot problems and devise solutions, reporting direct to the GM
Qualifications
In this wide-ranging role, the ideal person is someone who:
Has 2-5 years experience of product management, which must include experience of managing 3rd party vendors
Delivers high quality technical projects on time and to budget
Understands the tech complexity of multi-tiered web solutions and systems integration
Project manages by gathering requirements, breaking them down into executable steps and then ensures our 3rd party platform vendor delivers on time
Builds in quality assurance at every step
Strives to learn new skills and stay ahead of tech developments, successfully applying them to build better product
Is used to working in fast-paced or start-up environments
Desirable (but not essential) experience:
Experience of Video on Demand or content management platforms
A familiarity of the performing arts sector
Experience of working in a start-up or other fast-paced environment
