Job Description

*This is a 100% remote position. The expectation is that the person selected will work Central Time Zone Business Hours*

iProspect is looking to add a Sr. Manager, Client Services to their Agency team. This role is better described as a Marketing Account Manager. 

In this role you will get to lead our internal teams and build client relationships to produce exceptional results. Assuming responsibility for client communication and team operations by developing healthy and trustworthy bonds both externally with the client and internally within the agency. You will work closely with Sr. Director, Client Services to oversee the day-to-day management of the business. This account has a heavy focus on delivery of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategy and execution for a well known skincare brand.

  • Finds appropriate merchandising moments and proactively identifies areas of opportunity to grow account and drive revenue
  • Acts as gate-keeper in identifying red flags and recommending proactive solutions to mitigate risk
  • Contributes to and/or may develop scopes of work, quarterly business reviews or Account Reviews
  • Oversees cross-department involvement and knows when to leverage necessary resources
  • Leads majority of client communications, sets expectations, and manages quality of deliverables to deadline
  • Develops & presents recommendations & POVs that drive innovation for the business
  • Oversees client budget management, the billing process and contributes to forecasting
  • Contributes to content for new business presentations and participates in client-facing business growth discussions
  • Assists team leads in all facets necessary
  • Motivates cross-functional teamwork towards elevating the bar and delivering business-based marketing with flawless execution and exceptional client satisfaction
  • Responsible for getting the best work/creative out of the team, and selling it into the client
  • Demonstrates strong presentation skills
  • Persuasive story-teller who can work with/present to any client
  • Follows the tenants of Trusted Advisor to the clients
  • Exhibits in-depth knowledge of the client’s business
  • Acts judiciously when making decisions for the client, the team & direct reports
  • Leads by example
  • Establishes the tone & culture of the team
  • Anticipates & proactively addresses challenges/issues
  • Conducts themselves with character & integrity

Qualifications

  • ​​​​​Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of agency experience required
  • Digital (SEM, Performance Marketing) experience strongly preferred
