Creatella Impact is a new non-profit charitable organization, registered in NY State of USA that provides acceleration training programmes, venture building and impact investment to early stage social & environmental “tech for good” startups in emerging markets. We bring together a community of founders, leaders, mentors, advisors, facilitators across social impact, tech, venture capital to work together and support startups committed to the achievement of SDGs by generating measurable social and environmental impact.
Founded by 2 international and experienced founders and investors from Harvard, INSEAD and Wharton, and led by formidable boards of directors and advisors, Creatella Impact is a brand new entity, offering fast-paced progress, challenges, passion, sweat and excitement.

We are looking for an Assistant Programme Manager to lead and implement our venture competitions and acceleration programmes, while being mentored by and working closely with our co-founders.
These programmes will be industry agnostic (FinTech, EdTech, HealthTech, CivicTech, AgriTech …), entirely remote, around the theme of women economic empowerment.  Each programme will target one specific country, or a group of countries in our targeted regions (Southeast Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America). Programmes will range from a few months to years, and include venture competitions, acceleration, venture building and investment support. For each programme, we will partner with leading local, regional and global actors, including accelerators, enterprise support organizations, social impact businesses, women support organizations, impact investors, international development organizations (UNDP, UN Women etc) and other ecosystem players.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Design and plan up to a dozen impact programmes per year, together with our co-founders, defining the schedules, modules, competition rounds, demo days, networking sessions etc
• Oversee and lead the implementation of each programme, by leading our team of interns and enlisting the help of our designers and developers, alternating with ease between the 50,000 and 50 feet view
• Provide logistical and operational support to our co-organizers
• Lead the collaboration with our partners, from local accelerators and investors to international organizations like UNDP and UN Women
• Partner with multinational corporations, government agencies, industry experts, and contractors to constantly improve the quality, scope, and delivery of programmes 
• Source facilitators, mentors and advisors from all over the world, among investors, industry experts, or corporate leaders, and maintain relationships with them
• Leverage and reuse our processes, playbooks and policies, make them yours and improve them, extend them to standardize and scale our programmes
• Continually improve and develop our curriculum for early stage startups, integrating best practices and our partners’ materials
• Measure our impact by designing and conducting surveys to capture and analyze data about our startups and their progress 
• Work closely with the founders and develop your skills with a diverse, international team
• Be available full-time, with flexible working hours, 100% remote work

YOUR SKILLS

• Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented: leverage productivity tools to help reduce complexity and deal with small tasks efficiently
• Ability to move with ease from 50,000 to 50ft view
• Excellent execution skills with ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to think creatively to solve problems and to work without being closely managed 
• Client-facing and event planning experiences are a plus
• Great analytical, coordination, interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in English
• Previous work experience is a plus
