As a Growth Marketing Manager at Hightouch you will execute top-of-funnel programs for a rapidly growing business. You will be responsible for paid programs and experiments that acquire new leads and sign-ups with scope spanning paid search, paid social, and display advertising. We’re a small company, so in addition to paid channels, you will be a partner and collaborator to team members focused on field marketing, lifecycle marketing, SEO and other demand generation programs.
In this role, you will identify, recommend, and execute improvements for our budget allocations, targeting, copy, and creative across paid channels. You will oversee channel performance reporting in partnership with our analytics teams. You will be responsible for scaling and optimizing ideas that work, while also devising experiments for new and creative ways to create demand via paid channels. We want the person in this role to go deep on paid, but never be scared to take big risks on new ideas - you can even pitch new products or whole new channels if you think it will work!
At the core, we need a highly motivated and quantitatively minded creative thinker to take responsibility for paid customer acquisition and ensure we are continuously moving ‘up and to the right' on our metrics.
