Job Description

*You must have completed your degree and be available to start full-time by January 2022 to be eligible for this program*

The Early Career Finance Rotational Program seeks to attract, develop, and retain talented early career Finance professionals, who have strong potential to become future leaders at Twitter.

Participants in the program will complete four 6-month rotations over ~2 years based on preference and availability with the following teams: Corporate Development, Data Governance, Internal Audit, Investor Relations, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Sales Finance, Shared Services and Transformation, and Tax. Upon completion of the program, you will be fully embedded into a Twitter finance team.

All participants will receive a manager, onboarding buddy, feedback sessions, and group capstone project(s). The program will host several educational, developmental, and social events with exposure to the organization and leaders. 

General responsibilities across all roles will include:

  • Coordinating and leading projects in collaboration with various internal and external partners

  • Developing financial analyses, models, and other materials to advise partners and guide key strategic decisions across the company

  • Conducting in depth research and developing materials to explain implications to a senior leadership audience

Qualifications

  • You must have completed your degree and be available to start full-time by January 2022

  • Bachelor's Degree with 1-4+ years of work experience

  • Preference for prior Finance work experience (including, Corporate Finance, FP&A, Audit, Accounting, Investment Banking, Tax, Treasury, Strategy Consulting, Investor Relations, etc.)

  • Experience with financial modeling and understanding of core financial concepts

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills

  • Self-motivated, adaptive, proactive, quick learner, and works well with others in a fast paced dynamic environment
