Support Rockwell Engineering community with issues related to Mentor Xpedition Package (solving incidents, develop best practices, enhance functionality),
Support introduction and drive the adoption of new ECAD tools (EDM Design, Valydate), new software releases and services, thus contributing to the continuous growth of RA,
Interface with the vendor (Mentor Graphics/Siemens) and internal customers, drive incidents towards resolution,
Drive IT technical debt reduction and operational excellence in the Mentor space
Maintain Mentor Support site – create & update knowledge base articles, provide updates regarding Mentor products
