Job Description

We're on the lookout for a Culture and Performance coordinator. The Culture and Performance Coordinator is an instructional and strategic coordinator working to create and enhance a culture of achievement and respect with high expectations and results

Responsibilities:
• Review and suggest possible improvements to current organisational processes, such as feedback, onboarding, offboarding and recruitment. This includes collecting information from volunteer staff and interns (through meetings, etc.)
• Working collaboratively with heads of departments to review staff performance
• Collaborating with management to drive/create the monthly focus
• Supporting and being the central point of contact for staff related enquires
• Supporting and collaborating on training and development for the team
• Prioritising and ensuring the wellbeing of the staff by constantly being empathetic and friendly
• Providing general support to the HR manager/teams
• Carrying out admin duties

• Able to strategically and operationally plan and coordinate work
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• A resourceful problem-solver IT literate - including Microsoft Office365
 

Desired Skills/Traits:
• CIPD qualifications
• Previous experience within a Culture, Operations, Internal Communications or HR related role
• Previous experience in SharePoint (Office365) is desirable
