About the job

This role is responsible for supporting the Platforms Account Director in providing technical account management for Google Marketing Platform clients. This involves day-to-day proactive and reactive support, setting up platforms and measurement for new clients and facilitating regular training. Additionally, the role will work with the Analytics team to support their Google Analytics enterprise clients, as well as helping to build Data Studio dashboards, reports and analysis.

What you will be doing

Account Management

  • The Platforms account manager will become the day-to-day contact for GMP Sales Partners clients
  • Provide reactive support across email or slack channels
  • Provide proactive customer support in the form of product updates and recommendations on best practice usage and new product updates/opportunities
  • Setting up the platforms and implementing measurement plans for new GMP clients.
  • Compile training decks, organise and facilitate trainings on platform tools for GMP Reseller clients

Google Analytics 360 Support

  • GA360 is the enterprise version of Google Analytics. MBM has a number of clients that we support both on the Universal Analytics product and the new GA4 product.
  • The Platforms Account Manager will support the Analytics team by helping to set up and sometimes run client WIPs, manage workflow and invoicing, and proactively reach out to clients with product updates.
  • The Platforms account manager will also work with the Platforms Account Director and Head of Analytics to build out presentations and pitch collateral for clients who are good candidates for the new GA4 360 Product.

Data Studio & Reporting

  • The ideal candidate will be interested in data and analytics and will ideally have experience in building reports and dashboards.
  • Our preferred dashboarding tool is Google Data Studio. The Platforms Account Manager will have a role in supporting the Technology and Analytics teams in building, editing and maintaining reports and dashboards for clients.
  • Additionally, the Platforms Account Manager will support the teams in providing analysis and insights into the reports when required.

Qualifications

About you

  • 3+ years industry experience
  • DV360, Google Analytics, Data Studio or Google Analytics Certified (and/or experienced & willing to become certified).
  • You are punctual
  • Able to prioritise workload to ensure work of the greatest importance to the business is undertaken with urgency and to a high standard.
  • Support and help develop a positive workplace culture
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Responsibly manage all business resources within accountability levels.
