  • Use design research to inform design solutions.
  • Own the design process from end-to-end, conduct user research to understand the users’ problems, take a design from early concepts (low fidelity) to final design (high fidelity).

  • Be a good storyteller. You will need to have strong facilitation and collaboration abilities to facilitate discussions and workshops with engineers and business stakeholders to advocate for good user experience and potential solutions to identified problems.
  • Continue efforts to define design processes, establish design operations, and extend our existing design system.
  • Distill complex problems into easy-to-understand user flows and wireframes.
  • Be both a player and a coach, working at high and detailed levels
  • Support and guide the career development of junior designers at varying levels of experience
  • Provide constructive feedback and peer reviews of other designers' work while embracing feedback of your own work.
